MarkB Fred, Eric, & Paul are always accomadating and make you feel welcome! My 2013 Sorento had a loud whining noise with the speed of the engine. I drove in to the service garage with no appointment concerned that if I drove much further I would do more damage to the engine. Fred told me to just leave the car with them and they would work it in. I was offered a ride back home from one of your drivers who was very friendly and courteous (can't recall his name). Paul called me back in less than 4 hours telling me the car was all set and they completed 2 computer upgrade recalls. Just outstanding service and taking care of the customer!!!!
