My experience with Commonwealth Kia service has been excellent every time I have been there. They take the fear of going to the dealer or service right out of the picture. I know when I go in that everyone is going to treat me as the only person there until my service has been setup. The waiting room is very enjoyable and comfortable, with coffee and cookies usually. I am able to roam the sales floor without feeling I am being stalked and the salespeople are very friendly about answering any questions I may have. I am always asked how my vehicle is and how my family is doing. I like the atmosphere at Commonwealth and will continue to be a customer in the future.
