My son was looking for a car, he is young & nervous with this being his 1st time owning a new car, so I suggested we go to Commonwealth Motors Kia in Lawrence, for myself & both parents have purchased vehicles through Commonwealth & Edgardo A. before with great success. We were VERY lucky to have Edgardo A. assist us again. Edgar was AMAZING!!!! He was the BEST salesman, he made my son & myself (again) feel so comfortable & happy. Edgar took the time to listen to our needs & wants, he was understandable to our financial situation, he never pressured myself nor my my son to go in any direction we didn't want to go in, he was comforting to my son's fears of owning/leasing a new car, he took his time to explain in detail everything we were getting in to & our options, he went above & beyond to help us with EVERYTHING!! Edgar made our purchase so VERY, VERY EASY, RELAXING & ENJOYABLE!!! Edgar went above & beyond for us & we can't thank him enough!! Edgar is a "TRUE" friend & I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car!! Another member of the Kia Team who we would also like to thank is Shawn B.!! Knowing Shawn for quite sometime, I know the kind person he is & I trusted in my heart that Shawn would ease my son's nerves & fears, I was right, Shawn did just that! Shawn made my son feel so comfortable & stress free, he was AWESOME as always!! Shawn is also a "TRUE" friend that I would recommend to anyone, we can't thank him enough!! So writing this review to me was a GREAT PLEASURE, knowing that I could express my heartfelt thanks to Edgardo A., Shawn B. & ALL of Commonwealth Motors Kia Members for YET AGAIN, being kind, courteous, professional, understanding & making us feel like a TRUE part of the KIA Family!!
