I liked working out the basics of the deal by email with the internet consultant Ann F. She was friendly, straightforward, patient and honest. I really liked coming into the dealership knowing the basics of the deal up-front - I knew the car, the options, the price and financing up-front. This made me really happy and comfortable even before I came into the dealership. But the truly exceptional experience was working with our Sales Associate Daniel Y. Daniel was warm, friendly, helpful, eager to please, knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. My wife and I loved him - we would give him 12 on 10 if we could! Dan always went the extra mile to exceed our expectations every time. I am glad that my wife and I could say this in person to Charlie D. when we came to pick up the car after getting a spoiler installed.
