Balise Hyundai of Cape Cod

Not only did i get an invite to come look at a white 2016 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid to test drive yesterday but when i got there after a 1.5 hr drive they tell me its not even there. Then when asking questions about the vehical they tell me that they haven't even took pictures of the car or even know officially what features are in the SUV. the price was listed for 14,977 and would not budge with the price or negotiate even know i would of paid full out cash. Lost a potential customer.
