Balise Hyundai of Cape Cod

I scheduled a test drive through Edmunds for 10:15 this morning. I arrived on time and was greeted promptly. After giving my info to the salesman I was left waiting for twenty minutes only to have him finally reappear and tell me the car was on the lift so not only could I not drive it, I couldn't even see it. He then offered to show me other inventory in my price range and I agreed. He disappeared once again, only to come back(quickly this time!) with another associate to tell me they would call me when and if the car I'd come to look at was deemed safe. The bottom line is that I did not at all feel valued as a potential customer and my time was wasted.
