onYour service department once again performed its magic--completing the work with care and on time. Thanks to whoever turned in my purse which I accidentally left behind:-).... However, I have a couple of suggestions. First, a cell phone free waiting area would be very pleasant for those of us who don't appreciate listening to some blowhard babble on and on. Next, I found your lady's room a bit messy and unkempt--perhaps more frequent cleanings, especially when it's busy, are in order.
