Dear Mike R, 1LostCustomer, James Rockford, Mike Malott and Mike - the various alias' you have used, This is now the 5th site you have written about our company - Better Business Bureau, DealerRater, Yelp and Google+. A member in the call center was speaking to you when the call dropped. You were telling him about your Jaguar and how you love being the "black sheep" of the family. He did not hang up on you as his job is to have you come in for an appointment. Not sure why you are so angry, especially after a manager called to apologize the next day but you continue to make threats - writing an article in a magazine about us as well as slander us on 5 different sites. Wow! You do not understand and nor would i expect you to know the intricate details of how everyone is paid at Honda North but i can assure you, it does not matter to someone in our call center or on the sales floor if we sell you a higher priced vehicle versus a less expensive. Like we stated in the previous review, we are sorry that you are obviously irate about the perception you were hung up on. We simply did not. We try our best but we are not perfect and for that we again, will apologize. Please stop slandering our company and the wonderful people that work here as everyone work's and tries their best to support themselves and their loved ones. We are all entitled to a bad day! Hopefully one day you'll write a review that is positive as your Yelp account is all 1 Stars - there are tremendous people and local businesses in this world so hopefully a positive experience crosses your path very soon!
