Overall decent service but communication is lacking

onHave had reasonably good experiences with Herb Chambers but when I have been promised follow up contact to schedule additional service or for parts I need, I never seem to hear back from Ashley and have to call multiple times to get the information I need. I have ultimately given up on chasing them for the parts I need and will go elsewhere in the future.
