onReceptionist was most helpful. Was told by someone in service ( not Crystal) that mechanic working on truck would get back to me after finishing with customer. … two hours later when no call I called again. It is important to let customer know what is happening with vehicle. I had 8:30 appointment and didn’t know anything about reason truck was towed until 5:00 pick up call.
