John DeMartino and everyone at Koons made my trip well worth it, making a deal long distance for a vehicle like I purchased requires someone that genuinely cares. And it’s not just John, his boss and the finance dept also worked to make this happen. The icing on the deal was having someone at Penn Station to pick me up after that 4 hour train ride up there. I have never received the proverbial “ Red carpet treatment “ but I did feel like a VIP with them. W.L. Keene VA
