I was looking for a 2023 black S90 and was not sure of the specific differences between the Ultimate and Plus. Rob McGinness took the time to prepare and text me a short video tour of the exact vehicle I was interested in. Koons seemed to be the only dealer that had the vehicle I was looking for and it was listed below MSRP. I was out-of-state and communicated with Rob daily at off hours to arrange for purchase of the vehicle. Rob was extremely helpful in providing me with the information I needed to secure financing prior to traveling to Maryland to finalize the purchase. When I arrived, the car was ready and Koons had obtained financing at a lower rate and beter terms than I had already arranged.
