onMy Mini had a failed ASD module, unfortunately the part wasn't available here in the US and had a 4 month wait. Allen Rolocut advocated for me and his team was able to secure a part in 3 weeks and fixed the issue right away. Protecting your right as a consumer is rarely seen in after service programs. Allen's the best. I would have switched brands a long time ago but Allen's customer service has kept me loyal to Mini. So if you ever had issues with your Mini, come to Mini of Towson and Allen and his team will take good care of you.
