Service Advisor Allen Rolocut is the reason that I continue to take my vehicle to MINI of Baltimore. Allen always goes the extra mile to ensure that I have a quality service experience each time I take my vehicle for service or repair. He takes time to explain everything, from my MINI terminology to service specials. Allen makes me feel like a valued AutoNation customer.
