Dealership Service Review
I had my sash lights coming on for my tail light being out. I had changed the bulb myself but a day later the light came back on. As I didn't want to get a ticket I brought it into the dealership for an inspection. It was a bit late in the day and was told that there was no way they could see my vehicle that day due to the backlog of cars they had. When I explained my situation with running the risk of getting a ticket for driving without a break light, the service provider told me he would bring it back for me. Within the hour he was able to hand me my keys and advised me I had a few bad bulbs and all was corrected. I am very grateful when confers are listened to on a case by case basis. Most service writers would have just gone by the standard line of "sorry, can't due because of XXX" but my situation was listened to and respected.
