Mini countryman with Allan

My thermostat went on the fritz sucking my battery dry so coupled with routine maintenance i had a hefty bill however, Allan was clear concise and went the extra mile when he provided a loaner to allow me to make another appointment. I liked t he loaner so much i will likely be back to buy a hybrid when i can build one. Mini needs more employees like Allan
