Seat Heater Issues

Took my car into get check for the driver side seat heater issue. They took it back and found out that the back of the seat had a short and they will need to order parts. They did wash my car for me. Also let me know that there need to be computer updates when I take it back in. Hoping parts will only take a week. My vehicle is still under warranty.
