Allen Rolocut has studiously managed my servicing for over 15 years, and somehow he has managed to explain in layman's terms what the problem is, along with the recommended fix. I have absolute trust in him, and his mechanics. The fact my '06 Cooper S (JCW) still performs like a dream is a testament to Allen's intervention and continued excellent service. I'm most grateful - Tom Craten
