MINI of Towson
Dealership Service Review
I wish I could say that the Mini service department at Towson had improved over my last visit in 2021, but it just hasn't. All Over Service: The Best; Technical Expertise: The Best. I guess I'd have to say that the only way Mini service could get better would be to get worse first, and after 8 years of brining my Mini there, I don't think that will ever happen. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Alan Rolocot welcomed me by name which one can't help but feel just a bit flattered, especially when I'm usually only there once a year for routine maintenance. Alan checked me quickly and efficiently, and I went off to the clean and pleasant waiting area--to wait. Alan kept me advised about the status of my car, and once everything was done, I paid my debt to society and was then again back on my way with a feeling of self assurance that my Mini was going to be good for another year. So, if you're looking for a Mini dealership that leaves you shaking your head about why you went there in the first place*, don't go to Mini of Towson--you'll be very disappointed. *Actually, i think all Mini service departments are pretty good, but this one just happens to be the best in my unbiased opinion.
