Mike: Personalized attention at its best

Mike Edwards at MINI of Towson made the sale of my new MINI *fun.* Whenever there were any changes in the car's status, he called or texted me each step of the way--from its completed build in England to departure on the cargo ship to local arrival. It is so clear that he loves what he does. Paper-signing day was very smooth and then he took extra time to tell me how to use the tech in the car that I wasn't used to. Thank you Mike and MoT, for making this so smooth and painless, always being available for questions, and helpful explanations every step of the way. Lastly: I love my car!
