Bait and Switch resulting in the loss of a customer

In November, 2020 I received a competitive quote for a 2020 Chevy Bolt lease. The dealer, Scott Egloff, sent me all of the numbers. When I was ready to purchase, he told me Robert Kramer, Sales Manager, made a mistake in the calculation. He said I would need to pay significantly more. This is the definition of BAIT AND SWITCH. They lost a loyal customer and my previous lease was purchased from them. Never again. These tactics are the reason car dealers get such a poor reputation.
