Herb Gordon Subaru has not failed me at providing excellent car maintenance service. I can’t recall a time when they did not! I appreciate their car wash and loaner car service at no cost! Best of all they try to offer good deals and help me save money! I appreciate Luis Prada too, as he always looked out for me, getting me good deals on service work and giving thorough explanations of major car maintenance service work, like even brining me into the mechanic shop to show me the work being done, as I like to know where the problem is and how it’s being fixed. Also, he was always ready to respond to my phone calls whenever I thought a problem wasn’t fixed. Thanks for all the great work!
