Lacks professionalism. Buyer beware on use cars. Car that I was looking at had been in accident (found damage) and sales staff tried to excuse it as a simple scrape because it wasn't reported in the carfax (though service report noted otherwise). Was willing to work with sales team but needed a few safety questions answered first. Sales team said they check and contact next day. Never did. I followed up by email and telephone and left messages but noone bothered to follow up. Last told that the car went back to service. Their "ghosting" lost a sale.
