onInitially, I had a horrible experience with the saleperson, Rick. I started to go elsewhere, but I remembered how pleasant Jamie, the1st salesperson was to me. Jamie was very patient and pleasant, and worked with me until he went on vacation. He then referred me to Todd who was extremely helpful in finding me the right car for my son. The sales manager, Tony Grant was also pleasant. I was extremely pleased with my purchasing experience and Todd still replied promptly to questions and requests I had after my purchase.
