Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel

I had called in for VW ID4 PRO model, told that we might have it by evening if we pay deposit. So paid 2k immediately and was told will get a call by 5 pm for pick up. Got a call at 5.30pm that it will be available tomm. Next day got a call that it will be Monday even after paying the deposit. Finally had to cancel as they didn’t have any idea of when the cars were coming in but just wanted the customer to hang on indefinitely…..Sheer waste of time and all the effort ….
