Ourisman Honda of Laurel

I had a really great experience purchasing my brand new 2016 Honda Accord from Ourisman Honda Laurel a few weeks ago! My sales consultant, Ramon Hart was simply the best! He was very calm (yet confident and firm), patient and sincere. He really made me feel like he was working with me and was listening to my needs as opposed to pushing his agenda and simply trying sell to me a car. I appreciated that very much. All the other people I came across during my "researching and decision making phase" (it took me a almost two weeks to seal the deal.... I like to do thorough research before making a decision) were extremely nice and warm as well. The finance lady I worked with, Debbie, also deserves a shout out. She is funny and just all round great, too! :-) This is my second time purchasing a car at this location and I think that in itself speaks volumes. In a nutshell, they are very professional, deliver excellent service and are very nice people to work with!
