Ourisman Honda of Laurel

Ramon Hart of Ourisman's Honda of Laurel sold me my 2015 Honda Fit in February. He actually came in on his day off because I couldn't make it on the day I originally scheduled. Ramon made my first car buying experience easy and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Fit's features and although it was freezing cold outside, he stood by my door patiently going over every detail twice! He kept a smile on his face the entire time. When I had to come into the dealership a couple of days after our first meeting, he greeted my family by their names without having to ask again and shook everyone's hand. Ramon made me feel welcomed and that my business was appreciated. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends in the future and will definitely go back to him for my next car.
