Ourisman Honda of Laurel

I went in with alot of doubt but I was met at the door by Brandon H and with his big smile I was totally comfortable. My husband and I felt GREAT is all I can say the customer service was remarkable and then we met the Finance manager who made us feel important as well. There was a young lady name Ms. Debbie L and I love her as well never were we made uncomfortable or unimportant I loved the experience that we had with this great team of people I haven't stop talking about the great work,effort, and concern that we received from them. I have been recommending you all to everyone that I know that loves our car. I've been to alot of dealerships and this one I just can't tell it all but OUTSTANDING is all I can say. My husband and I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord and not only do we love it but family and friends as well and I tell them "GO TO HONDA IN LAUREL YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE" I can't and will not stop bragging on you all and again "I LOVE MY HONDA, MY EXPERIENCE AND YOUR EMPLOYEES" so whever out there that is looking and you want be treated respectfully and experience a great feeling in buying a car without any flaws RUN TO HONDA IN LAUREL and I personally guarantee if you meet this outstanding team you won't forget them and you will be feeling how we are still feeling.
