Ourisman Honda of Laurel

I went to purchase a Honda Odyssey on Nov. 14. They had 1 Touring in stock. On Nov. 13thI asked them for a quote, they emailed me a "On the Road Price". So I went on 14th to pick it up. We test drive etc., then they go to purchase and they tell me this has an "appearance package" and I need to pay additional $895 for this package. So I told them what am I "on the road" with if they give me a price, and tell me I have to order it if I want that good price. These guys are [violative content deleted], and are doing an illegal bait and switch. We walked out.
