Hagerstown Honda

I have purchased three vehicles from Hagerstown Honda over the past few years and each time has truly been a pleasurable car buying experience. In fact, I intentionally returned to Hagerstown Honda and have recommended several friends due the high level of satisfaction that I experienced. In addition to the three new Honda vehicles I bought at Hagerstown Honda (2007 Odyssey, 2009 Civic, 2010 Accord), I have also purchased a 2009 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid from an area Chevy dealer. My experience with my Chevy Tahoe pales in comparison. I think this is important, as the Tahoe was a $55K vehicle and I received better service and attention at Honda when purchasing a $17K Civic. The sales manager, sales staff, and finance staff are truly second to none at Hagerstown Honda. My first experience was good, but each time it has gotten even better, as the sales manager recognized my continued patronage, and subsequently took care of me by ensuring I received the best possible deal, trade-in price, and added perks. I price checked the final quotes with each vehicle at other area Honda dealers and was never able to garner the same value. Finally, I experienced a slight cosmetic problem with my 2010 Accord and Hagerstown Honda quickly compensated me for the issue without hesitation. This dealership deserves an all-around consistent thumbs-up!
