Hagerstown Honda

We were attempting to purchase another vehicle from Hagerstown Honda, this is not the first time that we have had trouble w/salesman from the dealership, but we decided to try again because afterall, they are our hometown dealer and they usually have a great selection. You will get a good dealer every once in a while but they usually aren't there when you go back! But, yet again, we were dissapointed. The salesman, Micah, was very pushy. He used words that sounded as if he was out for my interest and budget, but underneath he was only looking out for himself and his pocket. I caught him in several lies, and what I would consider decietful practices. The sales mgr Dave was no better and wasn't very friendly in my opinion. I am not a "dumb" car buyer and have done my research before I step foot in the doors or email/call them, and I resent being treated as such. After bringing my concerns to the salesman of course he tried to give me what I wanted and back step his previous statements, but at that time my mind was made up and I took my business to another dealer and purchased the vehicle and had a much better experience. Car buying is never easy, but there are dealerships out there that will look out for your interest as well as theirs, the goal should be to make money and keep your customer happy and coming back even if you don't make a killing each time in commision, someone should tell Hagerstown Honda that.
