Great experience with Kate Van Arnum. Probably my most pleasurable auto buying experience I've had. Was looking at a used vehicle and she had it ready to go when we arrived at the dealer to look at it. I priced around and for an almost exact car at another Ford dealer the cost would have been $3000 more. Got a fair trade-in value on the trade-in. The finance officer, Michael, was also a pleasure to work with. Very good experience. Will definitely use them again in the future.
