The sales agent, Tommy, was a good guy - professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the buying process leaves you feeling like "Yep, I just left a sleazy used car lot." I purchased a used SUV (a make and model that they do not typically carry) and there were several misrepresentations made. First, it turns out the odometer reading was off by almost 1500 miles - which was dismissed with "oh, we don't update the mileage online." So rather than getting a car with around 33,500 miles, it was closer to 35,000. Fortunately, Tommy advised that Enterprise is close by and I can do a one-way rental for my 1.5 hour drive. He probably didn't know Enterprise charges a $35 drop fee, but that was for me to handle with Enterprise. After everything was said and done, while I'm in financing, I specifically asked if they would fill up the tank from it's original level of 1/4 tank. Tommy returns and the gas level reads 1/2 or HALF A TANK. He said he wasn't authorized to fill the tank - it's a big SUV. So I've driven 1.5 hours to pick up a vehicle with almost 1500 more miles and only half a tank of gas. Perhaps I don't know what to expect from a used car lot, but I would think they could at least fill the tank.
