I explained to him that he never should have guaranteed a deal if he didn't have the means to back it up. He even admitted he made a mistake over the phone when I told him his business practices were unprossional. The bottom line is that this dealership can't be trusted, so save your time and go elsewhere. People like Mike Hollimon are the reason that buying cars is like going to the dentist.
