Ask for Curtis!

I am so glad that I was assigned Curtis as my service advisor today! He did a great job of communicating the expected wait time. More importantly, he listened to my concerns, tracked down Ron when i asked to speak to a manager and then facilitated a speedy tire rotation so I didn’t have to spend my evening at the dealership.Curtis gets 5 stars for his customer service today!!!
