I talked to Mr. Santos V. over the last year about the used cars he had in stock. He was always very pleasant, no pressure and tried to help me. So when I decided to lease a new car I of course called him first to help me. We made an appointment, looked at all the cars I wanted to, test drove an SRX and I completed the lease that evening with him and the folks at the dealership. All very pleasant, professional and I was very comfortable at all times in our discussion. I would highly recommend Santos V. for anyone looking at any type of car with Jim Coleman.
