Dealership Sales Review
Bottom line up front, I would not recommend and will never do business with Heritage Mazda or the Heritage Auto Group. Their culture is dismissive. We were going to buy a new Mazda from Heritage Mazda in fall of 2018. We were not treated appropriately, delayed, misstating information and unwilling to work on a price. Ultimately purchased the vehicle at a competitor, they were willing to negotiate and treated us with respect. It took two hours to finance and drive off the lot with a new 2019 Mazda CX-5 in November 2018. Heritage Mazda, March 8, 2024, five hours to purchase a used 2016 Honda Civic vehicle in cash and still have unresolved issues one month later. One key, fob did not work. I purchased a replacement with promise of reimbursement. I have made multiple calls, emails texts and voice mail in the past month. No resolution as of Wednesday April 10, 2024. This is a system and personnel problem. Salesman Mohan Nirala, General Sales Manager Kevin Yi were the staff that we have associated with. You can decide if it is worth your time. Do you want to be respected and treated with integrity? This is not the dealer for that.
