Dealership Service Review
This dealership does not have consideration or appreciation for a customers' time. A simple oil change from processing me to receiving my midsize vehicle took them two and half hours. I was told that the wait time could be up to 90 minutes.The service department only had a 'few customers.' And to make this visit even more problematic no one apologized for this long wait. My time is valuable too. I'm not even confident that they fully serviced my vehicle. There should be time management for servicing a vehicle. The customer waiting area should have internet and refreshments. And the dealership's mission should be 'excellent customer service.' The Ford brand is better than this Dealership's representation. First impressions are lasting.
