I love shopping and purchasing my Ford vehicles from Koons Ford of Baltimore. I always have the best damn duo team (Serdal & Kristen) to help me and my family with selecting and financing my vehicles. The two of them makes purchasing a Ford vehicle so easy and without frustration. I can’t thank the two of them enough and I look forward to seeing them on my next purchase.
