Frank was a pleasure to work with when buying my new truck. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale. The credit/financing department was also top notch. All-around positive experience at Koons Ford Baltimore, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle.
