Can't email me a receipt due to HIPPAA laws.

onI'm so sick and tired of being ignored after taking my money. How hard is it to email a copy of a receipt or perhaps be able to access it on your own? WHAT A JOKE JERRYS IS

This was resolved via a follow-up phone call from Jerry's. I appreciate their commitment to privacy. The service manager should probably address this with their team. I felt like I was lied to, and someone made up a HIPAA law excuse because they were being lazy. Thankfully, the manager was able to assist without driving 45 minutes each way.
