Refusing to fix my car issues

My rav4 started to have issues such as slow to pick up speed and occasionally jerking forward I took it in, they said it is a transmission issue but not bad enough to fix it. So I drove a little longer, almost hit a car while in traffic because it jerked forward hard, and it really sucks at picking up speed especially up the hill. So I take it back. Now they saying that there is nothing wrong with my car. Issue started few months ago and car has only 22k miles. So much for them fixing car issues
