Jerry's Chevrolet

I just wanted to share a bad experience that I had with Jerry's Service. Anybody reading this can decide for themselves if they want to spend their hard-earned money on anything from this dealer. I brought my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado in for repairs in October 2020. To sum it all up, Jerry's didn't reattach the a/c drain plug when they put the dashboard back together. This caused a big water problem. I had repairs done from another reputable auto shop, I sent all the evidence into them along with the bills and was informed they were not going to reimburse me. I was told this was because I never brought it to them to be diagnosed and repaired in the first place. I was not aware that I was supposed to............ This was clearly their fault but instead of doing the right thing.........this business decided not to. STAY AWAY!!!!
