Missing letters where are you?

Here I am again, no update on my missing letters. It’s been four months now. I have text the General Manager, Jason Henry twice with no response. I believe he doesn’t exist! I have talked to several different people, you think they would take care of my concern and be done with me, oh no! I wonder if I was a male would it make a difference? I wished I read the reviews first.
