BMW of Catonsville

We bought an X5 recently from BMW of Catonsville and it was a fantastic experience. Jae Lim was thoughtful with questions, thorough with details, and made the entire experience very easy. He was also very candid and straightforward. Jae never tries to oversell on us anything and made sure he put us in exactly what we wanted to test drive. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Jae has also been in touch multiple times since regarding additional details to ensure a seamless service experience. He has truly gone above and beyond. Honestly, would be hard to imagine buying from anywhere or anyone else in the future.
