Brittany Hill is just amazing. This is my 5th BMW and I’ve had 3 Lexus and I’m telling you I’ve never experienced any service like the one that I’ve received from Brittany. Her attention to detail is impeccable, down to her opening the trunk of my new car while my hands were full and she was in the process of removing my tags from my old car. She just anticipates everyone’s next move and she stays two steps ahead. I’ve never seen anything like it. As someone who absolutely hates being in a car dealership, she was a delight to work with, very professional, personable, funny, attentive, just an absolute joy. She almost got me the absolute most value for my trade-in. I really didn’t think that I would be buying a car, I didn’t think the deal would come together the way I needed it to. I didn’t need to haggle or anything. BMW of Catonsville really got it right with Brittany.
