Supreme Ford Of Slidell
Dealership Service Review
The same parts for a third time failed. The service department refuses to respond to my calls. The parts and labor are in warranty by Ford. The former serviceman is now the manager. On my first visit he tried to charge me 3.5 hours for labor on a service job of 34 minutes. My car sat in front of their glass wall where the servicemen sit from 6:55 am to 9:56 am when they took my car in back. It was returned at 10:32m. They said you were here for 3 hrs I replied "yes and we both watched it sit where I parked it for 3hrs I will not pay $348 for 38 minutes of labor". They wanted to pick up my car and leave it until they could get to it. Not going to happen. If they tried to charge me 3 extra hours of labor they did not do the first time when I was present. What will this labor charge be when I am not present? Sharon Settle
