My wife and I just happened to be at Supreme Ford to have my 11 year old Ford Explorer worked on but when faced with sinking thousands more into it we asked to see an available salesperson. So, the person who came to greet us Gabrielle Young. This lady went above and beyond the call of duty to help my wife and me in any way possible to helping us make a decision on another Explorer or a Ford F-150. We decided to purchase a hybrid 2021 Ford F-150 XLT. Gabrielle was more than helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was willing to take care of all the documentation in transferring our Explorer as a trade in for the F-150. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for professionalism and courtesy.
