On August 11, 2009 I took my 2008 RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I needed to wait for the vehicle as I had made an appointment the day before. A sevice manager (Anson Holley) came out to greet me within 2 minutes of my stopping at the service enterance. I informed him of my desire to wait for the work to be completed. About 30 minutes later he came up to me in the service waiting area to inform me that the car was ready. I had forgotten at first that one of my tire valve stem covers was missing. I asked him if the service person would have replaced it at the time of tire rotation. He said if that person had not that done so he would personally find one and install it. He promptly found one and put it on while I was paying for the service work. I was on my way home within 45 minutes of my arrival time.
