onWhen I arrived without an appointment I was told we are booked till Friday that was the second time I had this issue about a month ago after dealing with Ross downing for thee years I got anoil change at another dealership because when I called to make an appointment I was told we are booked for a week not sure but I can't wait a week for an oil change. Just to let you know I also own a Nissan an whenever I pull up I am not told you need to wait a week for service that is horrible. Thanks to mike I was able to be fit in this time.
